The NFL’s season is winding down next weekend with one of the biggest television events of the year. While it’s been a fun season of defensive stops, epic offensive maneuvers and more…the Rodelle team is really in it for the delicious football foods! Dips – the quintessential party snack, make sure to bring a big dip game to get things started!

Vanilla Crudites Dip with Pistachios – A sweet twist on a traditional dip, this appetizer will “tease” your guests with a light, but rich accompaniment to crackers, crudites and more!

Seafood & Cheese Dip – Pure heaven for all seafood and cheese lovers! Amazing cheese dip made with lot’s of warm, gooey cheese, shrimp, scallops and crab.

Hot Caramelized Onion Dip with Bacon and Gruyere – Sweet onion, bacon, gooey cheese all mixed in sour cream and mayo. You can’t go wrong with that. This would be great with some homemade bagel chips!

Veggie Loaded 7-Layer Dip – So many veggies – so healthy!!

Cake Batter Cheesecake Cheeseball –  Part cheesecake, part cake, part frosting…all good.

Buffalo Chicken Beer Cheese Fondue Fries – All of the delicious decadence of cheese fries and then some.

Spinach and Artichoke Risotto Balls – These gluten-free fried spinach and artichoke risotto balls have the flavors of everyone’s favorite dish, just in a fun fried form! These are the perfect appetizer or starter for any party.

Cheeseburger Egg Rolls – People will be climbing over each other to get to this awesome snack. Easy Cheeseburger Egg Rolls stuffed with juicy ground beef, melted cheese, and pickles. It’s served with a simple sauce on a side.

Chicken Cordon Bleu Bites – Chicken cordon bleu, bite-sized, with a rich and savory vanilla bean vermouth sauce. We also stepped up the overall flavor profile by using Prosciutto and Gruyere cheese – your guests will love it!

Caprese Skewers with Vanilla Bean Olive Oil – Hors d oeuvres are key to a successful cocktail party. And these are deliciously one of a kind with an infused vanilla bean flavor to the balsamic.
