Cookie Dough Banana Ice Cream Sandwiches

2016 is shaping up to be another delicious year covered in sprinkles. We’re kicking off our recipes rodelle ice cream sandwiches - high resthis year with a healthy cookie dough banana ice cream sandwich that tastes legitimately indulgent but won’t bust your resolutions!

Start off with a cookie dough base flavored with natural peanut butter and Rodelle Vanilla Extract, add some sprinkles and stuff some banana ice cream between the two layers and you are ready to roll…after a short stint in the freezer.
