Sometimes the most decadent things are made of the simplest ingredients. This pie, for example? It’s made of coconut cream, raw cacao, almond flour, maple syrup, cacao nibs, and not much else. The result is a perfectly rich but not-too-sweet chocolate cream seated atop a flaky almond crust, dolloped with coconut whip and a sprinkling nibs.
