Rodelle is always proud of our great team and their hard work getting the best-quality baking essentials and gourmet spices to our customers! With all of our departments and teams, there are 65 Rodelle employees who support our production and operations. Based in Fort Collins, Colorado, there are many ways our employees stay busy outside of work: fishing, hiking, biking, visiting one of our 15+ breweries, playing on the Rodelle Extractors Soft Ball and Kickball leagues, just to name a few! We’ve got some very busy and engaged members of the community on our crew. That’s one reason we are so impressed with the quality of work and the drive our employees bring with them to Rodelle!
Since the start of company history, we have made it 400 consecutive days without an injury at Rodelle! As part of our reporting about our work environment, we do record injuries and near misses (technical terms for keeping track of any events that may cause our employees harm). The last time we had an instance of a recordable injury at Rodelle happened in January 2016! Our record of 401 days without an injury is a huge testament to our employees and their approach to the job at hand. We have a safety committee who works to support our employees by implementing job-specific training, coaching on proper lifting technique, even helping our office employees creating an ergonomically-correct work space for themselves. Because we operate some heavy equipment, and have plenty of flammable liquids in our facility at all times, Rodelle is constantly working to prevent injuries and accidents. Our fabulous employees have created a culture of safety where we take one job at a time, look out for one another, and prevent injuries instead of reacting to them.
